The objective of this project was to spread awareness of the (still) ongoing ocean pollution crisis in the Pacific Ocean –specifically the Great Pacific Garbage Patch– through a convicting tagline and bold analog imagery. Using statistics from the parent organization Oceana, my partner, Sean Howes, and I created an compelling poster with plastic waste we collected, utilizing the analog photographic method of cyanotype to form the fish skeleton.
